ABOUT THE AWARDS
The Maldives Business &CX Awards are an exciting event created to recognise and celebrate the organisations, teams and individuals who are achieving business excellence. A vehicle for sharing best practice, the awards enable the organisations who enter to promote continuous improvement, learning and personal development.
The Maldives Business &CX Awards programme is accredited by the UK Ethical Awards Accreditation body. The Accreditation body Council accepted this programme as it meets the requirements:
- Awards should be open to all within a specified category (this can be restricted to members of an association etc. but restrictions must be disclosed)
- Judging must be fair and the process for judging must be clearly stated.
- All judges to be independent and not employed by companies that have a commercial interest in table sales, advertising etc.
- No compulsion that winners must attend the presentation event.
- The whole programme should be well organised, with full availability of dates, rules and other important information.
- Winners being publicly declared (website etc.) within 7 days of decision

We welcome entries from all businesses, organisations and individuals who are committed to providing exceptional business and service excellence. Awards events offer a conduit to showcase great business acumen and celebrate success and is your chance to be recognized for yours and your teams’ achievements. Your business will get maximum visibility, it will add credibility to your organisation and boost the morale of your team! Awards are great fun and can be very motivational. Some awards settle just for this. The judges will identify service excellence and business no matter the size of the organisation and we will treat SMEs and large corporations fair equally well in front of the panels of independent judges.

The awards aim to celebrate diverse cross-sector enterprises by bringing together in one place and the leading examples of great business practice. We welcome examples of all initiatives in business and industry.

Our awards are like no other. The Maldives Business and CX Awards ceremony take place during the working day, date and location will be announced later. A superb gala dinner and the exciting awards ceremony will take place as the one of the best in the country.The awards celebrate and reward your team’s talent while raising your profile and attracting a new network of customers.
